We want your experience with us to always be easy and enjoyable. You have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made online, we will exchange any unworn, unused or defective product within 30 days of the date of purchase of the goods.
No goods will be accepted without the authorization number which can be obtained by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all original tags still attached to the merchandise. Proof of purchase will be required.
SO Original is not responsible for the delivery costs of returned merchandise (except on defective merchandise).
Damages and problems
Thank you for reviewing your order upon receipt. We ask that you contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or in the event of an order error, in order to evaluate solutions to correct the situation.
Perishable products, personalized products and personal care products cannot be returned.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Once received, we will inspect your return and notify you of your return approval if applicable. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may have a delay in making the refund effective.
