Si vous n'êtes pas entièrement satisfait de votre achat que vous avez effectué en ligne, nous échangerons tout produit non porté ou défectueux dans les 15 jours ouvrables suivant la date d'achat de la marchandise.

Aucune marchandise ne sera acceptée sans le numéro d'autorisation.
La marchandise doit être retournée dans l'emballage original avec toutes les étiquettes initiales, toujours attachées à la marchandise. 

SO n'est pas responsable des frais de livraison de la marchandise retournée (sauf sur marchandise défectueuse).
